Wow...it's been awhile since I've posted. I've been wicked busy getting ready to put the house on the market. I have to admit...it makes me a bit sad. I love my house here in the 'burg and hate saying goodbye to it but I'm also looking forward to reacquainting myself with Northern Virginia. So many cool places to explore and lots of thrift and antique shops....and when not rush hour it's less than an hour back to the 'burg.
I woke up to my favorite view from my bedroom window.........
I just love snow......and we got a couple inches more than expected! Jessie loves it as much as I do!
I've been holed up in my little craft room today working on making it into a bedroom within the next week or so. Here's my progress so far.....
The shelves are getting packed up.
This desk is a strong candidate for Clean Sweep!
This is a huge Rubbermaid container full of over 30 of these vintage satin boxes. They are great for storage and most are full. I'm a very sick woman.
And lastly....a few of my creepy doll heads..... Keep warm this weekend.....it's going to be a wicked cold one here in Virginia!

As much as I say I can't stand the frigid weather, I loove loove loooove waking up to snow!! Jessie had a ball!!! It's sad to have to pack everything up...so many memories in this home. However, I can't even begin to think of how many memories will be made in the new house that will be made into a home :) ily mom!!

I love the satin boxes! Why are we women such suckers for anything that we can store our stuff in?!

Wow...I can't imagine the process of packing up my craft room. I have you entered in the ROD scrap drawing.

Ohhhh...I could look all day at the contents of your craft room. I can't imagine packing up all of my craft stuff, but it would be really fun to unpack & play with it when the move was done!
